The best process

The best process gets the mix of efficiency and effectiveness just right. You can reduce waste and move fast but there’s no point if you don’t get where you need to go. Similarly, getting too long to get there isn’t sustainable.
The best process if the one that works for you. You can pick up someone else’s but you have to make it your own. It needs to suit you / your team. Everyone is different. Situations are different. Context changes.
The best process is one that can change when it’s needed. It needs to flex and adapt when the situation calls for it.
The best process evolves. It changes over time as you learn what’s working and what isn’t. It grows with you, your team and the organisation.
So there’s not one “best” process after all.
